Marilyn and I went to the 7:00 p.m. Meeting at City Hall here in Seaside, Oregon. There were discussing and voting on the expansion of the LDS parking lot. It means losing the trees directly across the street from our house, I'm afraid. (Too bad...)
We knew the outcome before attending, so that's okay. It was still fascinating, and didn't take all that long.

We went to the Seaside Museum (and Butterfield Cottage) today -- that was really wonderful! And we got an Arcadia book about Seaside. Then we had lunch at the Driftwood Inn (The Lumberyard was closed). A nice day...
