Another Lazy (Vacation) Day...

Marilyn continues to be better, but needs some more time to totally recover. She has pain and so on (as anyone would from oral surgery where a tooth is pulled) -- and she still has the rash, although it's much better.

Sister Sue went to the State Fair with her friend Nancy to man a cribbage recruiting booth. It sounds like she had a good time.

We did very little except rest, watch U.S. Open Tennis and other TV and read. I've started yet another new book on my Kindle and am really enjoying it.

I did fix bacon and eggs for brunch -- and we had hot dogs for a late dinner.

We went shopping at Walmart to pick up some needed items. Then watched "The Mod Squad" while eating dinner. Pete talked about his mentally retarded brother during this episode (something we can certainly understand). Gosh, all of the characters from that show are so SWEET and so likeable...

I had a little bit of work to do for the festival, but nothing all that big, happily... IT stuff never ends, though, if you know what I mean!

And that was our Tuesday!
