Survived Today -- Excited for GFP Tomorrow!

For those wondering, Henry is MUCH better tonight -- he met us at the door when we got home. Only two pills later! (Those meds are a miracle.)

Both Marilyn and I survived a long, busy, often difficult day -- with some wonderful moments that included seeing Rich (and other friends, including President/friend Sue) knighted this morning (!!!). And visiting the float barn to see the BEAUTIFUL floats that will appear in the Grand Floral Parade tomorrow!

I'm excited for the parade!

But I've also been on my feet almost all day long, so I'm beat. I'm going to take a quick bath and head right to bed. It's after 10:00 p.m. and we have to be downtown before 5:30...

Wish us luck, everyone! The weather should be fine (it might be a bit misty in the morning, but overcast is actually good), by the way. Lot of family and friends are attending, which is nice.

Things are going well at CityFair.

And I won't bother to dwell on my IT issues or other frustrations -- they just don't matter right now.

Hopefully I manage a longer entry soon -- maybe even with photos. But I doubt that will happen tomorrow! (grin)

Love you all!
