Black Friday Shopping.

For the first time ever in our lives, Marilyn and I actually went shopping on Black Friday. We were at Toys R Us at just around 4:00 a.m. (where I bought the only thing we ended up purchasing). We also went to Old Navy and Target, but with no plans on anything to buy and all the HUGE lines to check out, we didn't get anything else.

We tried to go to Starbucks at Jantzen Beach, but it was too crowded (and hot in there), so we left. We headed to St. Johns and went to the Starbucks there. I had no idea they open daily at 4:30 a.m., by the way -- something nice to know, just in case.

The rest of our day was quiet. Sleeping, watching TV. Marilyn playing her computer game and me reading my Kindle.

We did have more wonderful food (!!!), which was nice. And we FINALLY got donuts (we've wanted them for days) and had them with homemade coffee.

Oh, and we watched some zombie movie about cowboys. It wasn't great, but it was mildly entertaining (and a bit slashy, too).
