Lovely Day...

Marilyn mistressmarilyn and I took a drive up the Gorge after going to tan. We managed to get outside the local cloudiness to blue skies and sunshine. Really lovely!

Marilyn also spent hours doing the bills and we went to the office briefly. (I added software to Mandy's computer while Marilyn worked on emails.) Then we took the bills to the main post office downtown to mail and went grocery shopping ($170 later...).

We've got our Writing Group meeting tomorrow night -- I need to write (!!!), cook and clean house. (sigh) And the house is pretty bad after festival, I'm afraid.

Anyway, some of the grocery money went for tomorrow night -- and some toward the potluck we're having at the office on Tuesday. (I need to cook for that, too.)

Right now I need to go finish the new slideshow for the Home page of the festival website. Then I should try to start my story -- which I very much want to write, as I love the topic this month ('faith'). I wish I felt some inspiration -- but writing is about discipline more than inspiration, after all.

Anyway, no time to really blog, yet. Hopefully I'll spend more time at LiveJournal soon. (At least I did comment at suggestions yesterday (17 comments later...). I hate to miss out on doing that.
