Another Busy Day at the Festival Office

Marilyn mistressmarilyn and I were at the office by 8:00 a.m. this morning -- five minutes before Natalie and Hailey got there, by the way.

Lots of Staff came in late, which is no surprise. Many were up until 1:00 a.m. or later last night (Sunday night).

You might have thought it would be an easy day, but it wasn't! The best part was that we left just after 5:00 p.m., which is early for us.

My IT-related work didn't happen. I gave it a try, but need another solution and more time to work on it. (sigh)

I did do website work and other things, though. And the online store part of the website was back up again (it's been down since Thursday of last week -- what crappy timing).

Marilyn called this 'Brain Dead Monday' -- and Kristen asked if that was the official name, to which Marilyn said 'yes.' (smile) Seriously, it's been so intense that it's hard to really concentrate right now.

And we're still tired and weary... I'm sure we'll make it up soon.

Did I start my story for June? No. I have some ideas, though. But it's going to be handed in late, for sure.
