So Tired.

Today was a long, hard day that began with a meeting on the other side of the world. Well, in Gresham, anyway. (smile)

We had our book event that Amy J. invited us to with Gresham education as the benefactor.

Marilyn mistressmarilyn had a 9:00 a.m. meeting back in the festival office, so we had to leave before the event ended to race back. Amazingly, we were only ten minutes late!

On my own slate for the day was website work (that included another brand new page), IT work (that included coming back to our phone system being partly out -- I needed to fix the voicemail part of the phone server), a photo shoot of D.B. Cooper (after that we took him for a dry run down to Starbucks with his parachute on -- and he was immediately spotted and the center of attention), a meeting with Ron, an events meeting, a meeting to explain how to use the Merchandise side of our website and more.

Jessica pb_n_jam was by for a meeting, so I got to see her briefly. (It's been ages!)

I never spoke to sister Sue suzy_qp today -- but she was off for a cribbage tournament today for the weekend.

We actually got home by 6:30 p.m., which is unheard of for this time of year! Considering how late we worked last night (in the office until 11:30 p.m.) and how early today began (that breakfast meeting started at 7:30 a.m.), I figure we were entitled to come home 'early.' (smile)

We plan to take tomorrow OFF (!!!), and then go in to the office on Sunday to work. We have no actual events this weekend, which is fabulous. We need to get manicures -- and I need a pedicure -- plus we'd like to go tan, if time allows.

The D.B. Cooper photo shoot? I laughed and laughed -- we all did! So funny! Our living history dude portraying him is PERFECT.

The list of events we were planning for is huge -- and we all have a ton of tasks.

My new web page turned out GREAT. Now I need to be sure to get the News items up tomorrow (I should have done it today, but ran out of time and energy). I created a new logotype for the video team -- it looks pretty cool (and Rich included it with his Press Release).

Life is busy, exciting and FUN! I really, really LOVE what I do!

On that note, I'm so tired -- and headed to bed.
