Writer's Block: Looking Back

LiveJournal is turning 10 and we're feeling nostalgic. What was your first LJ post about?

Those interested can view my (very short) first LiveJournal entry HERE.

I mentioned my friend Nik nk_seashore, who unfortunately hasn't posted to his journal since 2006. Marilyn mistressmarilyn and I used to hear from him via email all the time, too, but it's pretty random now... I guess marriage can do that to people! (smile)

And I said the following in that entry:
We'll see if I use this or not. (Probably not much...)

Little did I know!!!

I didn't really become an active blogger here until 2005 (which explains why I only have a total of 1,925 journal entries, even though I started my LJ in 2002). But I'm happy to thank Nik for nagging (and nagging) me to begin blogging (and having social interaction) here, because I've enjoyed it tremendously. And I love the communities I'm active with -- especially the ones I help moderate (and where I share tutorials and knowledge).

I can't imagine a life without LiveJournal. That's the simple truth. I love LJ, even when I'm ranting about it...
