Forgot my LJ bday wishes to Debra debrajoy!
Marilyn mistressmarilyn Joey fatjoey and I sent her a package, that had some things for baby Joey, a couple books for Garin -- and Debra, too, I imagine -- computer-web-related. Along with Debra's bday gifts. But I was quite remiss in getting it mailed. So she certainly won't have it today, I'm afraid. (sigh)
I'm excited for her to open it, though. We found such cute cards and an Nsync gift bag to use. (smile)
And at the last minute we stuck in the cutest little blue bunny for Joey. Even for someone who doesn't celebrate Easter, bunnies are always cute. (And more a symbol of spring than just of Easter. It's another case of Christians gacking pagan symbols to draw people to the religion in the early days. Like the 'Christmas' tree is.)
In the midst of my little 'rant' post from earlier, I almost forgot that this was Debra's day!
I have at least two other partially written posts (long-winded in both cases) to put up here. I never seem to finish entries that I start for some reason.
Plus I'm supposed to be in the middle of starting my script for the parade -- so I'd better get to that! (grin) I recently got the line-up and began the tedious page arrangements. Last night Marilyn brought home my first 'batch' of actual entry forms...
I'd better get to work!
