My Story is Done!

Actually, I had my story done over an hour ago. Every person has turned in the work, except for Peter. He sounded pretty iffy today, so I don't know if he plans to try or not. Angel had thought he might be late turning it in, but he managed several hours before midnight. It was funny that Marilyn mistressmarilyn and I were among the last to finish!

I think I could have done better with a larger word count. But we were limited to 500 words or less, so I wrote 499. Anyway, I'm happy with the end result.

I can't wait to read what everyone else wrote!

I'm looking forward to the lecture tomorrow night, too.

My goal of getting more serious about my writing in 2009 is going really well so far!

Something has to give, of course, and recently my involvement at LiveJournal has suffered a bit. But hopefully I'll be able to balance this as time passes. At least, I hope so!

I've already missed the bday of a friend here and will have to do a belated greeting. (sigh) I feel bad, but it was entirely unintentional... What's that saying about good intentions? (Never mind -- I'm kidding! I know it quite well, actually!)
