Just another of my quick entries to share photos!
We've been out to feed the birds and squirrels, change out the hummingbird feeder and move the ice block to put out more water.
And we took some more photos, not wanting to forget all this SNOW.
Time for photos!
Here's a large blue bird eating from the squirrel feeder.
We get tons of these -- and they often chase away the
smaller birds!
Here's a woodpecker on the garage tree in the front
of the house. We get several varieties of woodpeckers
here year round. For whatever reason, they seem to
especially like this tree!
Here's bird in the tree branches near our metal
art sculpture.
Here's the table on the deck (again), covered with snow.
Back porch? What back porch? (heh)
Our back porch is buried under snow drifts.
Here are the branches of the tree by the garage!
They're bent low by heavy snow and ice. Marilyn is
standing by them so you can see just how low they are!
The branches are actually lying on the GROUND, they're
so low here!
Here's Marilyn standing in the snow in front of
our house (on December 22, 2008).
