Busy and PRODUCTIVE Day at the Festival Office...

It rained today. (sigh) But it wasn't horrible, thankfully...

I went in to the festival office today, because I was expecting to be involved with IT (with Kris). But I'm glad I was there for website stuff -- I met with people constantly, all day long...

I got a TON done, so I'm feeling really on top of things! It was a productive day, that's for sure.

Kris did get the CityFair computers and other IT equipment set up today (finally). Bill told me it was all good -- I didn't have time to talk to Laura about it. Hopefully she's pleased, too. The new VISA machine is NOT set up, so I'm hoping that will happen very soon. (Rosanna has been patient about it, but we need it before the end of the month.)

In the afternoon, Marilyn, Shannon, Jessica and I drove down to the formation area for the Memorial Day March -- and I showed them how the setup has worked for the past two years. It's going to be slightly different this year, partly because we'll have so many more vehicles! Actually, I was working on the lineup and we've got a lot more entries, too. That's great! I'm pretty excited about it...

Again, I want GOOD WEATHER for the coming weekend -- by which I mean Friday through Monday, by the way. (grin)

Tomorrow is an event at Spirit Mountain (I'll be taking photos). Wednesday I plan to stay home. I need to run some errands. And maybe I can do some final work on the website, as well.

Poor Marilyn! She's been dealing with an on and off backache -- and today it's just terrible! She's got an appointment at 7:30 a.m. tomorrow morning, so we need to go to bed early tonight, for sure...

I made meatloaf and mac and cheese for dinner -- it was good. We'll have leftovers for a couple of nights, too.

Cousin Linda was at the office today. She's going to work at CityFair, I guess. Tonight was a meeting with a group of people who will be working down there for us. Linda can use the money, as her job is about to end.

Well, that's it for today. I'm sure I'm forgetting things, but I'm too tired to recall...
