Very, VERY early morning -- up at 5:00 a.m. and off to Amazon in Troutdale by 6:00 (6:00-ish). It was chilly this morning, so glad I dressed warmly in casual uniform clothes.
Then home and soon off to Oregon City for their Willamette Falls Open Air Antique Fair
in downtown. We met up with Rich and Merlin and had a lovely time shopping.
Then we four had lunch at Mi Famiglia (we had pizza) before heading off for some more shopping, then back to Portland.
While shopping we got some WONDERFUL Beatles stuff! Very exciting!!!
Then we hooked up with our niece, Candy, to give her the key to our beach house (she's going down this week).
We're still fighting the raccoons. We get angry with them -- they scare Johnnie (and could kill him!), and make an awful mess. But even so we feel sorry for them. They're hungry and thirsty, too...
Johnnie walked into the house on his own (!!!) a couple of times today! He's still afraid of the boys. But we're getting there.
Merlin and Rich are having the exact problem with a stray (their second). We wish them well!
I read over the front desk maanual. It needs some tweaking, which I look forward to doing this week.
Watched the 2018 movie "The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society," tonight, which we really loved. Well worth watching!
Didn't sleep well last so we need to get to bed (it's nearly 1:00). Sweet dreams.
