On the positive side, my blood sugar was EXCELLENT today. Barely eating will do that. Seriously, when I'm in pain it often screws up my count, as pain can drive a person to be high. Not today.
I was 100 this morning. I had a peanut butter bun for breakfast, plus a pot of coffee. Much later in the day I dropped to 88 and felt slightly crappy, but I ate a plate of leftover Bong (noodles and veggies and fried rice with no meat or egg). There wasn't much, but it was enough. Marilyn came home and had a peanut butter bun for dinner, so I did, too.
I got a bunch of festival website work done today. And I finally managed to explain the Outlook distribution group to Donn. Good thing I get it. I have the steps for creating a Public Folder all written carefully out, and then adding Distribution Lists, too. And how to maintain these, and rename them if necessary. I reasoned all of that out for myself. I'd share with Donn, but if he finds simply making sure a User has access hard, then this stuff would be way too much. I'm fine managing it...
Last week I had to remind Rich how to maintain his own Public Folders he uses for PR. He seems to get it pretty well, actually.
I'd already set up Lisa's phone last week, thankfully. Sometimes I forget to do that, as it's specific to the phone system and not a computer setup item, per se. But our phones ARE tied to our computers (VOIP - voice over IP), so that's not entirely true. And nobody else is able to do this, so... At one point I was going to teach both Christine (now gone) and Donn how it was done. Oh well.
I did some research on things today. I was going to write, but didn't quite get there.
I did do dishes and took out the garbage, anyway. Yesterday I cleaned out a drawer in the office. I'd been looking for heavy duty tape for my outdoor project, and just jumped in. I got rid of MORE THAN HALF the contents! I'm pretty proud, as it goes against my normal tendencies so much.
Today I also dusted around my computer desk.
I did talk to the office several times. Marilyn was really busy, so we didn't talk much.
I'd love to reason out this stomach pain. Considering I'm barely eating, especially.
Our CABLE was out tonight! We pay way too much to ever have issues! We're also unhappy with our WiFi. Damn.
NASTY weather today!!!!! Pouring rain. Marilyn got soaked. She had a long, late day.
Well, I train Lisa (Marilyn's new seasonal assistant) tomorrow. So I need to wash my hair and head to bed very soon...
