It was a day of lots of sleep and watching TV and goofing off. And eating junk food. Oh well.
We did see "The Walking Dead" season opener. And part of "The Talking Dead." I can't believe TWD was 90 minutes long. Seriously??? Ridiculous.
The whole black and white versus in color thing was HIGHLY ANNOYING and did nothing to help clarify the story, which was VERY, VERY CONFUSING. This show takes itself way to seriously now, I think.
No spoilers. Frankly, I couldn't tell you what happened if I wanted to, because half the time I had no clue what was going on.
In better news, last night Marilyn and I watched the 2014 American-New Zealand 'mockumentary' horror/comedy film "What We Do in the Shadows," about a group of vampires living together in Wellington. It was DELIGHTFUL!!! Stephen (from the office) loaned it to us. I highly recommend it, even if you're not into vampires. First off, it's really well done! You'll believe you ARE watching a documentary about actual vampires!!! And the humor is fabulous. It's just really cute and funny and entertaining. And has a lovely twist ending. I'm so glad we finally got around to viewing it.
Perfect viewing for Halloween!!! (grin)
Marilyn is hung up on a new game for her iPad that she seems like or curse as the case may be. Hahaha.
I'm heading for bed. I'm still tired, even after sleeping in today!
