Yesterday was a busy day at work. And the whole week was busy -- plus it was hard getting back in the swing of things after our two weeks of vacation. It's not like we had a restful two weeks, after all. Hahaha. We were both tired all week long...
Marilyn came home and ate a few peanut butter crackers for dinner. I had a bowl of leftover white rice I heated in the microwave. And we called it good. We were too tired to bother cooking.
I can't even remember what we were watching on TV. Oh yeah! "Buck Privates," with Abbott and Costello. Their first big hit. We're huge fans of those guys, and always have been. I didn't see much, because I headed off for a nap. I recall getting up to take my nighttime pills and remove my contacts -- but thats it. I'm not even in my nightclothes...
I can hear Marilyn snoring on the sofa. And the TV is on. And many lights. Henry is sleeping beside me. I imagine Colin is sleeping with Marilyn.
I'll write about Friday later. It was a beautiful day, weather-wise. And I got a walk in at lunchtime. I was over 8,000 steps yesterday, all told!
(Actually, my hip is a bit sore -- throbbing -- right now. And my legs and feet hurt a bit, too. But that's okay.)
I think I'll check on Marilyn and go back to sleep... Good night (night?) all!
