Saturday at the Office -- Clown Coorp Auditions
rain our house

Marilyn and I went in to the office this morning. It's been raining like crazy all day long.

Clown Corps auditions were going on. So Angel was there. So was Frank. Then Carol, Brian and Aisha came in, and finally Rich came in, as well.

When it was just us and Angel, we decided to walk up to McDonald's and bring in some breakfast sandwiches for everyone. So we walked there. It's straight up the street from us, but many blocks away -- so we got a bunch of steps in.

Later I walked to Starbucks, too.

We got our new jackets yesterday. The women have black jackets and the men have blue. I always wear a man's jacket, so mine's blue. These are provided free to Staff, and are $195.00 jackets. The blue ones have hoods.

I wore by usual jacket to McDonald's -- which has no hood -- and it really started to pour on the way back. So we both got wet. But I wore the blue one to Starbuck's, and was glad to have the hood.
When Rich arrived we met about the website, so we could discuss how to do things (yet again). I'm not sure how he failed to understand about not creating Drafts. (There were 97 Drafts and 50 Draft Revisions to deal with since we eliminated the need last week.) Anyway, I'm going to clear everything out (again), and move forward.

Marilyn and I had a lot of work to do, but couldn't concentrate with all the noise and people. So we finally headed home.

Amy's healthy meals again for dinner.

My blood count was good again today.

Fitbit Update: Marilyn did 5,435 steps today (getting on the treadmill tonight). I did 4,764 steps today.

I was so sorry that I woke you up, but since Marilyn had told me you would be at the office all day, I just called your cell. It sounds like it would have been difficult to do much there with all the people and noise. Glad you went home and got a little rest and your steps in. I did not sleep at all last night so took a nap today. Nicole is sick and I sure hope she gets better this week before her trip to California for spring break. She gets to do half the driving and is so excited about it. It is very foggy tonight. I can not see the river or the bridge. Venus and Chubby and been running me to let them out and then they want right back in. Cats are so great and love to get their way. Talk to you tomorrow.

The jackets sound nice, but maybe you should get a hat too...
