Weekend at Our Beach House

Marilyn, the cats (Colin and Henry) and I are at the beach for the weekend (woo hoo). The was a point today when it looked like we weren't going to make it here today. Marilyn had a tough week, and she was so TIRED we almost stayed home. But we made it -- and we're all glad!!!

We had a sort of makeshift dinner. We brought along bacon, tomatoes and a tiny bit of bread. The plan was to have bacon and tomatoes sands -- little did we know that we had NO mayo (!!!) here. Oh well. Marilyn just ate her butter toast and bacon. I made weird no-mayo sandwiches, but it was okay.

Then we watched some "Downton Abbey." Our friend Arthur loaned it to us on DVD so we could watch a bunch, as we'd never gotten around to seeing it before now. Loving it, by the way!!!

Marilyn is snoozing right now. And I'm about to soak in her awesome bathtub! Can't wait!

Sister Sue had to go without toilets (!!!) all day. The good news is that the problem was the park's problem -- so they had to fix it (and Sue and Candy didn't need to get it done -- or pay!). Anyway, it's fixed now (hope it stays that way!). It's awful when you don't have a bathroom you can use!

Both Steven and Rich might come by this weekend -- they'll be here for OEA...

Too tired to add more. I'll be better tomorrow (I hope!).
